Why are Military Discounts Important?
Serviceman and women serve in the most austere environments to protect the freedoms we enjoy in America and free worlds who enjoy the same liberties of democracy. Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines put their lives on the line to ensure future generations will get to live out the same freedoms they enjoy. Merchants are encouraged to reward and recognized these families for enabling their businesses to be able to open their doors each and every day.
The price of freedom is costly...Military members leave their homes, warm beds, family, friends, churches, businesses, schools, and so much when they deploy into foreign lands. These deployments include missing birthdays, anniversaries and may include death and injury. Is it too much to ask for a business owner to provide help in the form of a military discount to the Solider, Sailor, Ariman or Marine? Or even to go one step further and extend this blessing to their immediate family? Tthis is the spirit of the national Military Discount organization (MilitaryDiscount.org)
