Delivery

Acme Tools provides excellent shipping options and rates, using FedEx, UPS, and SpeeDee for orders under 150 lbs. For orders over 150 lbs, they use ABF, Old Dominion, and FedEx Freight. Standard shipping is ground service, with Express Ground Shipping, FedEx 3 Day, and FedEx Overnight available for most items. Damaged orders should be refused and replaced with a replacement order. For orders over 150 lbs, Lift Gate service is available for an additional charge, with the driver off-loading the merchandise. A signature is required upon delivery, and customers must inspect the shipment for damages and shortages. Acme Tools cannot ship to PO Boxes, physical addresses, APO/FPOs, U.S. territories, or Canada. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. Acme Tools prides itself on having one of the lowest out-of-stock rates in the industry.

Acme Tools offers a simple returns policy for customers to exchange or return products. To initiate a return, sign in using the Returns Portal as a guest or through your account.
